  1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our cosmetic, jewellery, swimwear, lingerie, shoes or nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare or cosmetic or other professional.

  1. OTHER RETURNS

Where required under South African Consumer Law, Sleevy Wonder will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, or unsafe and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Sleevy Wonder may choose to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Sleevy Wonder reserves the right not to offer an exchange where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

  1. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us at info@sleevywonder.co.za to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns under South African Consumer Law, please contact us at info@sleevywonder.co.za to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Office for assessment and/or exchange.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS RETURNS POLICY

Subject always to the operation of the South African Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time, and the user hereby agrees it is their sole responsibility to check for updates. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
